The atmosphere was great! Everyone was friendly! Service was fast I was in and out in no time! The branch manager Titi made sure that I was taken care of from start to finish! I'd recommend this location to my friends and family any day!
Awful experience here multiple times. Terrible customer service, renting barely cleaned cars, renting out reserved cars without keeping enough cars for reservations. Would not recommend this Enterprise to anyone.
I rented a car for 3 days, and after I returned it, the next day I received a bill for 4 days (not the 3 I was originally quoted). I called this office requesting a refund for the extra day, and the manager did note it was their mistake and she would put the refund through. It's been well over a week and a half now, and no refund has been issued. I've called this local office multiple times, only be put on hold or told the manager is not around. I've called the corporate office a few times, only to be told they can't issue my refund because they have no authority over local branches (which seems utterly ridiculous). Basically, Enterprise is treating me like they don't care and it's not worth their time to credit their mistake, even over a small charge. I should not have to spend hours of my time chasing this mistake. I highly recommend staying away from this branch, and possibly Enterprise as a company. Sad.
I know they get a lot of disappointed, aggravated people in this business so I wanted to share this to remind others that great customer service really goes a long way and not just in the south! It isn't just transportation they offer; it's an experience, a vacation, piece of mind, safety....etc.....

I was in a bind and needed to rent a car for the afternoon to get back to the Jackson airport. I hadn't thought about the fact that being in a small town, they may not have anything available on short notice. I arrived to see a quite busy store but still expecting no problems. They explained that nothing would be available until the late afternoon. Seeing my surprise and worry they offered to call me if someone returned something earlier but I explained to them that I had a late afternoon flight and was trying to leave my father's car at his home rather than at the hospital he was in or at the airport! The manager and another gentleman immediately started trying to find what they could to rent me. Although it was much fancier and much more expensive than I had planned, they got me accommodated and I was able to spend a little more time with my dad before heading to the airport.
