I'm actually getting my car serviced as I write the review. The oil change and tire special was good. However, I had some outer tie rods that need replaced. I was quoted 260+ dollars for two outer rods installed. Having some automotive knowledge, that price sounded steep. I did some calling to parts houses and to my father whom is a 40 year mechanic. I found out it was a half hour repair and the parts cost to the public 50 bucks. How should that be over 260 before tax? It shouldn't. Rip off.

Had auto issues after leaving Little Rock and stopped here for assistance. What a waste of time. They said, NO, before I asked for assistance, it was a Saturday and near closing time. Rude, unprofessional and too busy to help someone hundreds of miles from home. Firestone, you lost my business for LIFE!
Good service, good mechanics and nice selection of tires. A bit pricey, though.
