If I could give no stars, I would. They have a new manager (I will not disclose names as that is very unprofessional), and he has the least amount of showmanship I have ever encountered. Having been a store manager before, I know how valuable customer service and KEEPING your promises to your customers are. This guy obviously missed the second-rate training videos on the subject because he has promised me again and again to order a laptop I needed for school. After he found out he could no longer keep said promises, he would dodge my phone calls every time I called (who goes on a 12 hour lunch break?), and he always hides in his office while I'm in the store.
I will now be doing my dealings strictly through online pay, and I have already spoken to corporate, so this problem should be solved soon. In the meantime, steer clear.
