The Old Gym is a great place for YOU and the family. Kids jujitsu which starts at 5:30 Mon. Tues. Thurs. and Fri. It is lots of fun for the kids, boys and girls, they might even burn off that potato chip they just put in there mouth. If you are giving him potato chips out of your bag then you may want to try the 180 fitness at 4:30. I guarantee you won't be disappointed if you're looking to get in shape. And if you think the kids class is fun you can try it out yourself in the adult jujitsu class at 6:30. Kelly Leo is the the one you want to talk to. The Old Gym is where you will find him located downtown Vicksburg on the corner of Clay and Adams Street Mon. Tues. Thursday Friday starting at 4:30. Don't forget 7:30 another fitness 180 great. It's fun for the whole family come down and give it a try.
