Called for a price quote and the women on the other end was short and rude. Not at all concerned with trying to obtain a customer. I'm glad I called first. I will never use these people due to the poor customer service.
Awful...avoid this place
Wasn't even worth a star. The "stylist" who calls herself the manager will "jip" (sp?) you out of your money. She'll charge you an extra $10 for conditioner, length (mind you my hair was a little shorter than shoulder length, which is average) and etc. Also, she won't refer to you as ma'am or sir, it will be "lil bit" or some other name. She yelled in my ear the whole time, gossiping about her co-workers. Definitely don't allow them to arch your eyebrows (another way for them to get money). Mine looked so messed up and now I have to wait I don't know how long to for them to grow back. Save your time/money. Find a professional elsewhere. I know I will.
The worst choice ever... Wanted my ends clipped... My hair was awful... Never again will I visit.
