We ordered a special door, to be picked up at 4pm, the sales associate seemed to have an attitude because she had to put away her personal cell phone and find out what happened to our order. She never came back. One hour later, we were told the door is is here, however there are 3 semi loads of doors in front of it, so they are trying to move them to have access to our door. This is not the 1st time we have encountered issues at this store. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. RUDE EMPLOYEES. I truly wish there was a Lowes or another building center in Vicksburg.
The lady in the hardware department was very helpful in showing me how the jacks work so I bought two. I took them to the garden center to be checked out because the other stations were terribly busy. Everyone was helpful and polite.
Always a fun trip. They even have a couple cool car shaped buggies for he kids . Always find what I want and the service is amazing. Ariel is the best kitchen and bath designer ever . Very knowledgeable and doesn't mind helping no matter what you need . The lot associate Jerry helped me to my vehicle and was super friendly. Could not say anything better about this store and staff.
