Being a single mom of two, it can be super stressful when "life" happens. A floor full of water and not knowing where it came from was definitely one of those times. Who do I call for reputable service that will correct the problem without trying to financially take advantage? Looking on line, I couldn't find any customer comments/reviews for any of the plumbers! So, I just chose blindly. Well, I'm so glad it was Piazza Plumbing. Someone was sent out the very same day I called. He was super courteous and got right on the problem. And the bill, zero sticker shock. He did great work without charging me an arm and a leg! I know for sure now who I will call with any plumbing needs and who I would refer any of my friends to. Not friendly at all. I called about a month ago now for an estimate on installing a kitchen sink, they never showed and I still have not heard back from them. I asked when would they be able to visit my home and I was told whenever they got to me. No phone call back or anything. Two thumbs DOWN!
