I did not purchase my Highlander from Cannon Toyota Vicksburg,
Told me they could adjust my headlights on 2011 Scion tc. Charged me 55$. Headlights still on ground . Don't know what they did but can't adjust them at all now. So I'm stuck with a car I can't drive at night. I have a very sick daughter so if I have to take her to hospital I'm screwed . Plus the service people were very rude. So thanks for nothing Cannon. I hope you sleep good at night because I can't.
Purchased a car from this place. Was told it was a dealer trade but realized later that they lied. Happy with the vehicle for the most part and was happy with the deal/price...that is until I found out the car was ordered by them instead of being traded by another dealer. Could have gotten a better deal. Anyhow...I wouldn't purchase a vehicle from this group. Obviously they maintain the view most people have of car dealerships.
but have had them service it until recently. The only reason I gave two stars is that Lionel in the service department tries really hard to be nice, but has a difficult boss named Corey. I had a very bad $6,000+ service issue with them that began with rodents getting into my car. Google "the incredible eatable car" for more information on why this happens. It took 4 months for me to get the problem resolved, and am not sure I can trust the fixes even today. My car filled up with water twice. The first time it was blamed on the rodents. After the $6,000+ rodent fix where Cannon Toyota Vicksburg replaced all the carpets and fixed the stopped up sun roof, the car filled up with water a second time. This time it could not be blamed on rodents. During this fix, one of the service people ran into a tire changing station and had to send the car to a body shop for repairs. But they didn't get the water off my newly purchased rugs, so you can image how things smelled when I got the car back. The leather seats even had oily cat paw prints all over them. I was so frustrated with Cannon Toyota Vicksburg that I had it detailed myself at my time and expense. I was also sold a battery that had a 84 month warranty but only lasted 8 months. They did replace the battery, but it left me stranded for a weekend when I had planned a trip because the battery refused to take a charge. I could go on for pages. They offered no compensation for their mistakes. Cannon Toyota Vicksburg sales manager said they would give me a great deal on a new car if I wanted to trade. They offered $4000 less than blue book on the trade-in and offered a whopping $1,000 off of a $40k+ vehicle, then walked out on the negotiations when we said no. All I can say is buyer beware. I can't recommend Cannon Toyota Vicksburg to anyone and still have a clean conscience.
Cannon Toyota is the the best with exceptional customer service. My salesman DeCorey Knight is the most hardest working salesman I ever ran across. He's THE BEST!!! I recommend anybody that looking for a great deal to try Cannon Toyota.
