I was surprised at the kindness shown to me while I was having trouble with my 2015 Cadillac SRX. The service department went above my expectations in getting my vehicle ready in a timely manner. This was probably the easiest car purchase I've done ever. Called them Saturday morning to verify that the vehicle was on the lot, it was and I drove up from New Orleans, got there at noon, 30 minutes later we signed a contract with an agreed price and I drove it home. The car was exactly like described and i wouldn't hesitate to buy from these guys again, really hassle free. Thx
Went with my wife, planned on test driving a few vehicles. Walked around the entire lot, spent ~30 minutes, was never approached by a salesperson though we could see them hanging out by the building. We'll be shopping elsewhere.
