The delivery driver just sat in her car and honked the horn until I came outside to meet her. My house is easy to locate, and my door is a mere ten feet from the driveway, in which she was parked.
Unbelievablely rude. The lady I placed the order with was so hard to understand and acted like I was burdening her by calling. Hope the pizza isn't as bad as most of the reviews say.
DO NOT USE THE ONLINE ORDERING FOR DELIVERY!! TWO TIMES THAT THEY HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY ORDER TO ME IN UNDER 2 HOURS!! ALSO PIZZA TRACKER SAYS THAT MY PIZZA IS HERE & I AM ENJOYING IT BUT I AM NOT BECAUSE IT IS NOT HERE!! I WILL BE RANTING ABOUT THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA THIS TIME (I didn't post anything the first time thinking it was just an error but you can bet I will this time)!! I even called the store 2 times and still no pizza. NEVER AGAIN!!
I've had several bad experiences at this location. Most recent was ordering a 14 piece and receiving 7 and a few hard small pieces of something that seemed like rocks. I still tipped the delivery because he was fast and and did his job the right way. The worst encounter was a bad cashier saying,"Whats yo name?" I responded, "Kevin". She said,"I don't see your name in here so you gotta place an order." My response,"My name isn't in there because I haven't placed an order yet, which is why I drove here." Worst customer service I've seen ever. Just brought order back and had it fixed. Wish this could've been done the first time and I wouldn't have to waste money on delivery and still have to carry out!!
If they could just be more mindful of specifications, they would be a better pizza place. They never do extra sauce on the pizzas I order even though I specify. I even called this time to make sure they didn't miss it and sure enough, when I got the pizza, it's the opposite. In fact, it is SO bad, that you can see the crust. It is terrible and I will be calling corporate office about this. It has happened way too many times.
