Bad bad bad. Ordered a pizza, took an hour and a half, came uncooked. Like warm pizza dough with toppings. Called the store, couldn't understand the person so I asked for a manager. The manager was extremely illiterate. I mean it doesn't take much to make pizza but the MANAGER? I had to spell out not C.O.O.K.E.D to her. She said "I'll have someone come cut it for you" and hung up. Called back and they didn't answer several times. Finally a girl answers "is this the guy with the uncut pizza?" They refused to refund
Really? My fiance and I have been eating here about 2 times a week for the last month. (Not many option around here) The service is awful. Takes forever to get our food and when we get it, it's ridiculously greasy. Have had to ASK for our drinks 10 minutes after ordering them. Employees always act like we're bothering them. We're actually eating here now and someone's 12-13 kid is working.. which is probably not allowed. Cant believe this place is still open. The owner of this store needs to take a good hard look at his employees.
I'm not sure how their overall rating is so low. Maybe there is new management or new owners but this is the second time I've had carry out and I'm so surprised about how friendly and nice they are on the phone and then at the window and to be a "chain" it's surprising but this is the best pizza in town hands down. Thanks for being so friendly guys and making my nights easier

I ordered a pizza from a location 1 mile away from me. When "out for delivery" it took 25 minutes to get a undercooked, floppy, see-through sorry excuse for a pizza. I called and the manager got cooked and cut confused & thought I wanted someone to come cut it for me.... then just hung up.... I had to call again and after asking for a manager the 2nd time only got "you want a remake?" Horrible communication and your manager should be fired for how horrible their service is. After confirming I would like an actual pizza cooked normally they hung up on me didn't even ask questions. RUDE. The 2nd pizza wasn't 100% correct but atleast of was cooked. Still very thin though. Won't ever order pizza in Mississippi again!
Overall, HORRIBLE service, especially on your managers part. If they cared just a little I wouldn't be upset, the manager barely could even confirm that I would get a pizza cooked normally.
