Nice place Forno history about engineers in the work in the Mississippi River. The last corp boat in the river it's in this Museum there you can see it mostly all in the 5 floor they have
The museum itself was alright, but I really enjoyed exploring the boat! Pretty much had the whole place to myself, super immersive experience.
We had a great time walking all over the ship and the interactive displays were very informative. We certainly learned a lot about the river and the Corps work.
This is a great free museum with wonderful staff. It has free parking nearby and they let you get onto the Army Corp of Engineers boat. Afterwards you can walk to the river murals and a playground. It was a great day spent learning for our family.
Great place to visit...very interesting display...wonderful spaces available to host events as well. My kids love this place!
