The wait is a little longer than most "fast food" drive thrus but your food is going to be hot and fresh
Unfortunately this is NOT the norm for Whataburger restaurants. In Texas you have much more quality control than at this restaurant. They were slow, dirty and just not the same quality of burger. Regional Manager needs to clean up this location. Corporate would be very disappointed with this location. Don't judge Whataburger by this location.!!!
The lady taking my order was barely audible, kept ringing me up for meals even though I clearly said sandwich only, told me halfway thru my order and 2 whataburger jr.'s in that they don't have whataburger jr. meat and had to re-do the order (she *just remembered*). As if that weren't frustrating enough, the place was filthy, bathroom smelled like smoke, trash was overflowing, toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week (or maybe never), the food took a ridiculously long amount of time and the staff was not very friendly. We quickly regretted our choice on our drive through town. As other reviewers have stated, this is absolutely NOT on par with normal QC for Whataburger.
As a guy from TX surrounded by Whataburger, I never thought I'd recommend someone to stay away from one we have family in town and I will now wait until I get home to enjoy my favorite food. Been twice and both times were atrocious. First time they gave our food to someone else, lied to us about it, then took 30 minutes and 4 times asking them for our food for them to get it to us. The last straw was last night...45 minutes in the drive through. SERIOUSLY!!! Then our fries were cold, was told there was no more Dr. Pepper then proceeded to watch the manager fill 2 Dr. Pepper cups for patrons at the counter, fries were not even warm, and my wife's burger was soggy. Just keep driving or dare I say it, go to another fast food burger joint. This one in Vicksburg is a disaster.
This Whataburger was filthy !! Floors obviously hadn't been swept or mopped all day. There was trash on the floor in the dine in area and the restroom, well I decided I'd wait. The staff however were super nice and friendly. I'd pass this Whataburger up if I were you..
