The smallest and least crowded of the four Vicksburg area casinos. I always enjoy myself here and even walk out winning from time to time. It's clean, with good cocktail service and parking is easy.
Great room very well presented. Stayed there over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Front desk was very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

My first impression of a hotel/casino is their customer service, like anywhere you go. Well, when we got to the front desk there was no one there and finally when she did walk up she had a major attitude and acted like we were the worst thing she could have seen all day. I will never be staying at Lady Luck casino. And I’m extremely disappointed that someone who’s job entails customer service doesn’t have it in the slightest. She wasn’t the only one though, the whole staff has got to have the worst hospitality I’ve ever experienced.
It's a nice casino, but I never won a drawing at Lady Luck Casino.... Seems like the same people's names are pulled all the time. I spent my money and never win any money. It could be a better casino if they will let the machine hit better.
Very slowly to get drinks to you. I asked three times and noticed she gave are drinks to someone else.i asked her again and she did the same thing.. winnings suck. I think that's the reason why we don't come too much not much winnings. Your Hostess need to be a little more apt about what people are ordering and giving it to the right person she said she was going to bring it back to me but she never did so we left. happens quite often when we come.
