*One should/must ask for gaming & complimentary alcoholic consumption rules of the Great State of Mississippi Alcohol Beverage Control board before thinking that this is a real casino! It seems when gambling, inebriation will obviously be caused if served over one (1) 6 ounce complimentary alcoholic beverage every 20 minutes! I'm just guessing now, but different alcoholic beverages must be being served to "paying customers", as the "paying customer" can consume at will, upon presentation of either cash or credit card for payment.
*Room was clean, but well, well worn! *Don't bother trying to use the safe, as we were told it needed batteries and to be reset, but the Hotel had NO BATTERIES! The safe issue wasn't just in our room, our friends next door didn't work either!
*Check in was polite & service acceptable!
I just love Riverwalk!! I come to play & eat and I enjoy doing both!! I haven't stayed at any of the rooms yet!! Maybe one day I will!!
*TV is ANALOG, fuzzy at best, just when you thought you'd found an HD channel (#28 - HBO/HD) you tune it up, only to find the picture rapidly framing across the screen, all UN-WATCHABLE! A call to reception for maintenance, confirmed, then a call back from front desk telling us it was hotel wide, a dish issue! I would have thought that maintenance or DISH, would have been quickly on the repair, but not to be......

You have lovely view of the Mississippi, wonderful for having coffee with a great view in the morning. Not many straight blackjack tables unfortunately. Rooms large and comfortable I especially like that it did not have a comforter or quilt on it but was made up very cozily. Maid service excellent, excellent comps on tables. Very friendly employees. easy to get to off of I 20.

Great location, establishment very clean and workers very polite. We did eat at the buffet, and two people felt Ill the following day. Other than that great trip
