Good rates. Clean room. We only stayed one night. The hotel is attached to the casino next door. Most guests come for the casino. Security was very good, the casino guards patrol the hallways of the hotel as well. Minimum food options, a 'deli' serving hot dogs, French fries and salads overlooks the gaming hall. Very efficient desk clerks. Handicapped accessible rooms available.
After reading the reviews, I was Leary about staying here. So looked at a room before we stayed. The front desk staff were friendly, smiling, and made our check in quick and easy. We stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds, a Jacuzzi tub, 3 TV's, and a balcony overlooking the Mississippi River. Everything was clean. There is a small car in the Casino where you can get breakfast for between 4-6 dollars. There is a small coffee maker in the room. Our stay was perfect. The Casino is connected to the hotel. Definitely will stay again!!
Hotel was CLEAN. Bed was comfortable and EXACTLY what I reserved. Hotel Room Decor is a bit dated & worn, BUT everything was functional, Staff Friendly, and Reasonable Prices!
Casino was FUN, State of the Art Gaming, AND Staff who seem EXCITED to show U to a Good Time!
I was welcome by everyone with my service Dog Henry. I felt at home even tho my home is in Minnesota. Enjoyed the Sunset over the Mississippi Thanksgiving Turkey and the wonderful Jacuzzi in my spacious and Comfortable room. Henry gives it a 4 star plus rating.
Only because I couldn't give this place negative stars. Room was unclean. Hair in the sink, soap scum on the shower walls, the thermostat I believe was installed in the 70's and worked on a limited basis. I think they hurt themselves with the ( one pack of sugar per coffee cup & only one cup) condiment distribution. It had to be 85 degrees in the hall on the fourth floor. Asked for a late check out ( which I would have been happy to pay for) & was told by the smart ass at the front desk that if i wasn't out by 12:01 i would be charged for the next night.
