Anyone thinking of staying at this location should think twice. This is the worse motel I have ever had to deal with, the service was horrible. We're just grabbing a couple hours rest at a rest area before moving on in a few hours.
Move on to the next hotel..the hotel I wanted on a spur of the moment trip was completely full... So I ventured across the highway...lesson well learned. Room was horrible. I was actually scared to sit down...anywhere. Smoking room because I wanted downstairs, I can handle that, but it didn't smell like smoke, it had a damp urine smell that about knocks you down when you open the door. Sheets were dirty, with old makeup on the pillow cases, and I dare not mention what I think the other stains may have been. The floors had not been vacuumed, and evident the bathroom floor hadn't been swept..ashes were on it along with other dirt built up in the corners. Drippings from the outline of shampoo bottles in the shower, and clear knowledge that the shower walls have yet to see a cleaning. Personal items of previous occupants were still in the drawers, and I cringe at the thought of whatever the ick was on the walls by the bed... Morning was to have coffee at 6am. At 630 I thought who could possibly mess up coffee? I walked to the front, doors were locked. Through a glass window I inquired about coffee at 6. The half asleep woman said yes. So...I asked where is it? Clearly seeing it was not ready, she told me to give her 10 minutes, as if I was bothering her, and clearly woke her up from her much needed beauty sleep. Needless to say, I didn't want the coffee by then, got my stuff and checked out before 7am.
First and foremost the owners and their children. They follow you around yelling at you about one thing or another.
This place doesn't even deserve a 1/4 star, we stopped in, on our way from florida to california, checked in, got to the room opened the door and was attacked by hundreds of roaches, and smelled like human urine. I was furious so I went to the front desk to demand a refund while I was waiting, the guy at the desk was rude and stated that he couldn't run my credit card until after 8 am, the next morning, but ran it for the room immediately) which is crap. I am a building contractor and I deal with credit card transactions every day. I know you can reverse a credit card transaction directly after charging it!!! While my wife was waiting for me, in my truck, 3 drug deals were going on in the parking lot.
Not a good place. Very run down and poorly maintained. Not very clean.
Horrible Motel. Cigarette ashes on top of comforter, trash on top of the sheet under the comforter, used damp/dirty pillows. Room smelled of mold and air conditioner did not appear to be functional. Nail clipping on top of sheets, floors were not vaccumed. Guests outside on walkway drinking. The only reason it got one star was because the app would not let me post without giving it a star.
